As part of the international collaboration within HANAMI, Giacomo Giorgi (CNR / University of Perugia) attended the Asia-Pacific International Conference on Perovskite, Organic Photovoltaics and Optoelectronics (IPEROP26). The member of the project’s Materials Science team delivered a talk entitled “Structural, Electronic, and Optical Properties of Pb-Free Perovskites: Dimensional Evolution from Bulk to 2D Architectures”, showcasing research developed in the framework of HANAMI. In the session, Giacomo Giorgi highlighted HANAMI’s role in fostering advanced materials research through EU-Japan cooperation.

 

During his stay, Giacomo Giorgi also visited Japanese partners of the project, Koichi Yamashita (Yokohama City University) and Azusa Muraoka (Japan Women’s University).
