HANAMI project presented at SC25

The HANAMI project was featured at SC25, one of the world’s largest and most influential international conferences in high-performance computing. Throughout the week, our partner High-Performance Computing Centre Stuttgart (HLRS) promoted HANAMI at their booth, providing visitors with the opportunity to learn more about HANAMI’s mission.

Flyers and video materials about the project’s scientific areas, which are climate and weather modelling, materials science and biomedical sciences, were available for attendees interested in EU-Japan collaboration in high-performance computing (HPC).

Held annually, SC25 brought together more than 16,500 attendees and 559 exhibitors, including leading research centres, technology providers, HPC infrastructures and international collaboration initiatives. The event featured technical sessions, workshops, poster sessions, tutorials and an exhibition hall showcasing the latest advances in HPC, AI and data-intensive technologies.
