As part of the HANAMI High-Level Symposium 2026, the third High-Level Stakeholder Event will gather key actors from Europe and Japan to discuss the future of strategic scientific collaboration, with a special emphasis on High-Performance Computing (HPC).

Centred on the theme “Roadmap for EU–Japan HPC Collaboration”, the event will provide a high-level platform to examine common challenges, emerging opportunities, and the next steps needed to advance a shared vision for HPC cooperation.

Bringing together policymakers, research funders, leading scientists, and institutional stakeholders, this dialogue aims to foster exchange, strengthen mutual understanding, and contribute to the development of a robust and future-oriented EU–Japan collaboration framework.
