Laure Caruso
CEA
After a PhD in physics for neurosciences at CEA Saclay where she developed a magnetic electrode for probing neurons activity at local scale, Laure Caruso worked as a scientific manager in an eye-tracking biomedical system company.
She then did a post-doctoral fellowship to study eye-movements as window to brain activity and dysfunction in brain disorders.
This in and out research attraction lead her to become science communicator through scientific podcasts for research centers like INRAE and Mines Paris PSL and managed her own company. Since 2023 she works at CEA Saclay as a project and scientific communication manager on international projects related to HPC, AI and data analysis within the Fundamental Research Division.
