The HANAMI project was featured at the International Supercomputing Conference (ISC) 2025 in Hamburg, Germany. On June 12, 2025, at noon, project coordinator France Boillod-Cerneux presented the project, reinforcing HANAMI’s growing reputation as a key initiative in the EU-Japan Collaboration in HPC.
Also, during ISC, HANAMI marked a significant milestone in this international conference with the signing of a Letter of Intent (LoI) between RIKEN Centre for Computational Science (RIKEN R-CCS) and the European High-Performance Computing Joint Undertaking (EuroHPC JU).
In addition, HANAMI was present throughout the event with branded merchandise available at several partner booths, including EuroHPC, CEA, Barcelona Supercomputing Centre, Jülich Supercomputing Centre (JSC), and Eviden, increasing the project’s visibility among key stakeholders in the HPC community.
